You can now create Quotes within Nookal to provide to Clients or Third Party Payers. Our Quote system allows an option to easily convert Quotes into Invoices streamlining the process.
Creating A Quote
1. Go into Clients.
2. Then find the Client's Profile by Searching their details, and clicking their Name.
3. Select Accounts from the left-hand menu.
4. Select the Quotes tab next to Invoices.
5. Click the Create Quote button in the bottom right corner.
6. The Quote Template will open for you to input the details.
Adding Details and Items to a Quote
1. At the top of the Quote enter a Date by Clicking on the Field. You can also set an Expiry Date.
2. Next, Select the Location, Provider, and Provider Number from the dropdown menus.
Good to know!
The Provider and Provider Number field will auto-populate with the User's details if they are a Provider.
3. Add any Items to the Quote by clicking Add Item.
4. Then Search for the Item and Add it to the Quote by selecting it from the list. Repeat to add any further Items.
5. Optionally, you can add a Note to the Quote by first selecting the Add Notes button at the bottom of the Quote Generation page
6. Enter the Note by Typing in the Textbox, then select Save to add the Note to the Quote.
7. Click the Green Save button to save the Quote.
8. You can also Email or Print the Quote by selecting from the buttons at the bottom.
9. The final Quote will look something like this.

Voiding and Managing Quotes
1. To Void a Quote, select the Quote/s by marking the checkbox next to the Quote.
2. Next Click the Void Quote button in the bottom left corner.
3. A window will appear for you to enter a Reason for Voiding, type this into the textbox and then select Void.
4. The Quote will now be voided.
5. You can sort the Client's Quotes by using the Filters to the top left. Here you can select from All, Voided, Active, Invoiced, and Expired Quotes.
