Redeeming Passes to Pay for a Class

This article explains how you can redeem passes for Classes. Previously purchased Passes can be redeemed or a new Pass can be purchased directly from the Class window.

Passes need to be setup in your account for client to be able to purchase and redeem Passes for Classes and specific Services. See "Creating Passes" for more information.

Client Having Previously Purchased a Pass

1. Click on the Class you wish to redeem a pass for.

2. Select the Client you want to pay the class for.

3. Click on the appropriate Pass under Redeem in the right side menu.

4. The Client will be shown as  Pass Redeemed in the Payment section.

Client Not Having  Previously Purchased a Pass

1. Click on the Class you wish to redeem a pass for.

2. Select the Client you want to pay the class for.

3. Click Purchase Pass in the right side menu..

4. Select the appropriate Pass in the list of item.

Double check that you are purchasing the appropriate Pass as all the billable item will be in the list to choose from, not Passes only.

5. Enter amount and payment type as you would for any invoices.

6. Click Save Invoice.

7. If you go back to the Class, the Client will be shown as invoiced and 1 Session will be used out of the Pass that has been purchased.

If you made a mistake on the invoice and decide to void the invoice, the Pass purchased will not be automatically voided. You will need to manually set the Pass as inactive or expired.
