Redeeming a Pass for an Appointment

Managing package and discount for Clients who purchase a certain amount of sessions is much simpler when using Passes. See below how to redeem a Pass for appointments.

Passes need to be setup in your account for client to be able to purchase and redeem Passes. See "Creating Passes" for more information.

Purchassing a Pass

For Client having already purchased a Pass, skip to the next section.

1. Click on the Client Appointment.

2. In the appointment window, hover Generate Invoice for a dropdown list of options to be displayed.

If the dropdown list does not appear, Pass redemption is not enabled for this Service. Pass redemption can be enabled in Practice > Setup > Services > Select Allow Redemptions.

3. Click Purchase Pass.

4. Select the appropriate Pass in the list of item.

Double check that you are purchasing the appropriate Pass as all the billable item will be in the list to choose from, not Passes only.

5. Enter amount and payment type as you would for any invoices.

6. Click Save Invoice.

Redeeming the Pass

1. Click on the Appointment you wish to redeem a pass for.

2. In the appointment window, hover Generate Invoice for a dropdown list of options to be displayed.

If the dropdown list does not appear, Pass redemption is not enabled for this Service. Pass redemption can be enabled in Practice > Setup > Services > Select Allow Redemptions.

3. Click Redeem Pass.

4. Select the appropriate Pass in the pop-up window.

5. Click Redeem Pass.

6. The Appointment window will display Pass Redeemed.
