This article explains how to redeem passes for Classes. Previously purchased Passes can be redeemed or a new Pass can be purchased directly from the Class window.
Before you start...
Passes need to be setup for a client to be able to purchase and redeem Passes for Classes and specific Services.
See Creating Passes for more information.
Client Not Having Previously Purchased a Pass
1. Click on the Class in the Diary.
2. Select the Client.
3. Click Purchase Pass in the right side menu.
4. Click Add Item.
5. Select the appropriate Pass in the list of items.
6. Enter the Paid Amount into the appropriate Payment Type field as you would for any invoices.
7. The option to Redeem with Pass is automatically selected. This option cannot be deselected when Purchasing a Pass from a Class.
8. Click Save Invoice.
9. Back to the Class page, the Client status will be Completed.
10. In Client > Passes, the Pass will be displayed with 1 session redeemed.
Important!
If you made a mistake on the invoice and decide to void the invoice, the Pass purchased will not be automatically voided.
You will need to manually set the Pass as inactive or expired via Clients > Passes.
Client Having Previously Purchased a Pass
1. Click on the Class.
2. Select the Client.
3. Click on the appropriate Pass under Redeem from the right side menu.
4. Back to the Class page, the Client will be shown as Completed and Pass Redeemed.
Passes can be managed in Clients > Passes.
