BookedSolid answers calls, automatically schedules appointments, handles enquiries, and more. Once connected, your appointments made through BookedSolid will automatically appear in Nookal.
Before you start...
A BookedSolid account is required. To sign up or simply see if this product is suitable for your practice, click here.
When signing up, make sure to choose Nookal when you reach the dropdown titled "Which Software Do You Use?"
Setting up Staff
Every practitioner that uses BookedSolid will need to be enabled for Integrations in their Staff profile.
1. Navigate to Setup.
2. Click Staff under Users.
3. Click on the name of the Staff Member.
4. Tick Enable Integrations on the right-side column.
5. Click Save Changes.
Setting up Online Bookings Locations
1. Navigate to Setup.
2. Click Online Bookings - New under Extensions.
3. When setting up a Location for the first time, click on the Inactive tab and then click the Location name.
4. Under Policies select Active to enable the Location.
5. Scroll down to Available Types, and tick the Services under each Provider’s name that you want them to be available for.
6. Click Save Changes.
Setting up the Integration
1. Navigate to Setup.
2. Click Integrations under Connections.
3. Enable BookedSolid and click Configure.
4. Copy the API Key.
5. Navigate to BookedSolid to sign up or log in. Make sure to choose Nookal when you reach the dropdown titled "What Software Do You Use?"
6. After entering BookedSolid for the first time, you’ll be prompted to follow an onboarding flow. This flow will first require you to enter the API Key you copied from Nookal, as well as filling out a short form in order to provision a phone number.
