The Nookal Academy is your go-to place for learning how to get the most out of Nookal, right from within your database.
Whether you're setting up a new account, welcoming a new team member, or building your Nookal knowledge, the Academy has courses to help you get up and running with confidence.
How to access the Nookal Academy
1. To get started, click on your name in the top-right of Nookal.
2. Then click Nookal Academy.
Getting started with a course
1. Select Home on the left hand menu.
2. Click Join this course beside the course you would like to begin.
The courses available include:
- Set up Your Nookal Account: This course walks you through every essential setup step so you can use Nookal with ease once you start seeing Patients.
- Learn the Nookal Basics - Part 1: Designed to get you and your team up to speed with the basic functionality in Nookal, including making bookings in the Calendar, and setting up Patients, Contacts and Cases.
- Learn the Nookal Basics - Part 2: This follows on from Part 1 and covers Invoicing, Letters, Clinical Notes, Reports and Messaging.
- Explore Advanced Features and Tools: This course covers Nookal's more powerful tools - government and insurer claiming, advanced booking platforms, automation & AI tools that help you run and grow your practice.
Working through a course
1. Select Home on the left hand menu.
2. Review the progress for your courses. Click Continue to open a course.
3. Select the module you would like to work on.
4. At the end of the module, complete the Final Quiz Test to check your understanding. Click Attempt quiz to start the test.
Course Certification
You will receive a Nookal Pro badge for every course you complete - a verifiable credential you can share, log as CPD, and use to show Patients your clinic is trained.
1. Review your badges in the Certification section. Click Certification on the left hand menu.
2. Click the Certificate button to download a PDF certificate for the course.
Watch Webinars
1. Select Home on the left hand menu.
2. Scroll down to the webinars section. Click to register for Upcoming Webinars.
3. Click to watch Past Webinars.
