Nookal integrates with Zoom for telehealth consultations.
Before you start...
The integration can only be set with one Zoom account, therefore, if the integration is to be used by multiple providers, all the providers will need to be part of the same Zoom Account. Head to Zoom.us to see if this product is suitable for your practice and their different plans and pricing as relevant.

Connecting Nookal with Zoom
Important!
Only users with Administration permissions in the Zoom account can set up the integration. Once done, all the other users from the same Zoom account can have their Zoom account linked to their Nookal account.
1. Go to the Setup section.
2. Click Integrations under Connections.
3. Enable Zoom from the list of available integrations and click Configure.
4. Click Generate Authorisation.
5. The page will redirect to Zoom login page where an Administrator needs to sign in. Once successfully logged in Zoom, the configuration page in Nookal will display every provider.
6. Select each Provider's name/email address in the Zoom Account column.
Important!
Each Zoom account can only be linked to a single provider account, so once an email has been selected, it won't be available for other providers.
The email will be automatically saved and the status updated to Synced.

Disconnecting Nookal from your Zoom Account
- Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Installed Apps (or search for the Nookal app).
- Click the Nookal app.
- Click Uninstall.
