Once a Class is scheduled in the Diary, it is quick and easy to add Clients to the Class. Clients can be added to a single Class, to all associated Classes scheduled, or to specific Classes. See below for more details.
Adding a Client to a Class
1. In the Diary, click on the Class.
2. Type in the First Name and Last Name in the appropriate fields or click the arrow to search for a Client.
3. Click on the Client's Name in the list or click Create New Client if appropriate.
4. Select the appropriate Price for the Client (if appropriate e.g. specific price for a Third-Party Payer).

Different prices can be set up in the Classes setup page for different Payers. See Creating Classes for more details.
5. Select the appropriate Case (optional but highly recommended).
Important!
If a Case is not selected for the booking, the practitioner will not be able to write a Clinical Note for this Class. The Booking will need to be edited before Clinical Notes can be written for the Class.
6. To add the Client to multiple Classes tick the corresponding boxes in the Timetable list.
7. Click Add Client.
8. Repeat these steps for each additional Client.
Once added, Clients will be shown in the Client list of the Class and the number of participants booked will be displayed on the Class in the Diary.
Editing a Client Booking
Before you start...
When removing a Client from a Class, this Class will show as Cancelled in the Client Booking history.
1. In the Diary, click on the Class.
2. Select the Client.
3. Click Edit Booking on the right side menu.
4. Under Timetable, add or remove Classes by ticking/unticking the corresponding boxes next to Classes.
5. Click Save Changes.
Linking a Case to a Class Booking
1. In the Diary, click on the Class.
2. Select the Client.
3. Click Edit Booking on the right side menu.
4. Select the appropriate Case in the Case section or Create a New Case if appropriate.
5. Click Save Changes.
Adding a Payer to a Client's Class Booking
1. In the Diary, click on the Class.
2. Select the Client.
3. Click Edit Booking on the right side menu.
4. In the Client section, select a Payer.
5. Select a different Price if appropriate.
6. Click Save Changes.
