What can you use this Report for?
Generate this report to compile ROI on marketing strategy and campaign and compare referrers details to identify trends.
Filters and Options
| Filters | Description |
| Date | First Patient’s booking within the date range. |
| Locations | Location of the first booking. |
| Secondary Cases | If ticked, referrers added to new Cases for existing Patients will be displayed. |
| Group Patient Referrals | If ticked, all Patients referred by a Patient will be listed under “Patient Referrals”. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The table displays each referrer or source in a row with the number of new Patients and Cases.

| Referrer | Referrer or sources name as set in the account. |
| Type | Type of Referrer (Patient, Standard or Third Party) |
| Postcode | Postcode of Referrer’s address in the Account for Third Party and Patient referrals |
| Phone | Referrer's Phone Number |
| Referrer's Email Address | |
| Address | Referrer's Address |
| New Patients | Number of New Patients for whom the referrer has been added in the Case as the referrer (for Marketing) who had an appointment within the date range. |
| New Clases | Number of New Cases in which the referrer has been added as the referrer (for Marketing) whose first appointment was within the date range. |
