The Birthdays Report displays Patients having their birthday occurring within a date range and optionally filter by age, gender or recent booking.
What can you use this Report for?
Generate this report to offer discounts and promotions to Patients for their birthday or to compile a marketing list for distribution.
Filters and Options
| Filters | Description |
| Date | Date of the birthday of Patients to display. |
| Locations | Location Patients are enabled for to display (regardless of their bookings location) |
| Age | Age of Patients to display in the report. |
| Seen Within | Patient’s with appointments within a certain period to display. |
| Gender | Patient’s gender to be included in the report. |
Important!
If the Birthdays Report is returning no results, try selecting the All Gender option under Filters > Gender and generating the report again.
What is displayed in the report?
The table displays Patients whose birthday matches the filters along with their contact details.

| Patient ID | ID of the Patient in the database. |
| Patient | Name of the Patient. |
| DOB | Date of Birth of the Patient. |
| Age | Current age of the Patient. |
| Gender | Gender of the Patient as added in the Patient Profile |
| Address | Patient’s primary address. |
| Postcode | Patient’s postcode. |
| Patient’s email address. | |
| Mobile | Patient’s mobile number. |
| Days to Birthday | Number of days until Patient’s next birthday. |
Tips and Tricks
- Use the Birthday Report to generate a list of Patients by selecting an entire year as the Date Range, Age cover from 0 to 120 and set Gender to All.
