Nookal accounts can have multiple Locations. These can be different physical Locations or set up to simplify account management. Either way, navigating from Location to Location is quick and easy.
There are also different types of tabs displaying bookings for specific purposes, such as a single provider schedule across all Locations. See Setting up What You See in the Diary for more details on the options available.
Changing Location From the Diary
You can choose which Locations to display in your Diary. To customise this, follow the below instructions.
1. Click on the Options icon in the top right-hand side of the Diary:
2. On the left-hand side of the pop-up, you will see all of the Locations in your practice. Click on Automatic, Show or Hide, depending on your viewing preferences.
3. Once you've made your selection click the floppy disk icon on the bottom right-hand side of the window to Save.
Hot Tips
There can be other categories of tabs displayed depending on the account setup which can also be useful depending on the task to complete.
To display all the bookings in a specific Location, simply click on the desired Location tab to view the Diary.
Before you start...
If a Location is not displayed in a tab at the top of the Diary, the staff account is not enabled for this Location. A staff member with Owner or Manager Permissions will be able to edit the Locations staff members can access.
Toggling between Practitioner View and Location View
You are able to view a Practitioner's daily schedule across multiple Locations.
1. Click on the toggle in the top right-hand corner of the Diary so that it's set to the left (building icon).
2. Here, Locations that you have set to "Show" or "Automatic" will display.
3. To choose Practitioner View, click on the toggle in the top right-hand corner of the Diary so that it's set to the right (person icon).
4. This will display your selected practitioner's day, week or month view across all Locations.
From any Other Sections
Navigate between Locations using the Location picker at the top right of the window. Click on the current Location to open a drop-down list of available Locations to select from.
Important!
If a new Location has recently been added or enabled for a user, everyone will need to log out and log back into Nookal to see the new Location in the Diary.
