Nookal integrates with VALD Hub, VALD’s online platform where users can send exercise
programs, outcome measures and education articles to their patients, which patients then
access via the MoveHealth app.
Before you start...

1. In Nookal, head to the Setup section.
2. Click Integrations under Connections.
3. Enable VALD Hub from the list of available integrations and click Configure.
4. Copy the API Key.
5. Log in to VALD Hub and head to Management > Integration > Set up Nookal Integration.
6. Paste the API Key in the Nookal Integration section and click Save.
7. It is now possible to sync the whole database of Nookal Clients to VALD Hub by using the Sync patients button.
Important!
The Client's date of birth is required for successful synchronisation.
Alternatively, if the Nookal Client List is not synced with VALD Hub, each Client will be added when VALD Hub is accessed from the Client's Clinical Notes section. See below for more details.
Accessing VALD Hub from Nookal
1. Head to the Client's Clinical Notes section from an Appointment or the Clients section.
2. Click on Exercises.
3. Click on Open in VALD Hub.
VALD Hub will open in a new window, and the Client will be synced to VALD Hub with the required details (Name, DOB, email, etc.) if not already in the database.
Stopping the Integration
There are two ways to stop Clients data from being sent to VALD Hub:
1. Disable the integration in Nookal via Setup > Connections > Integrations > Disable VALD Hub.
2. In VALD Hub > Management > Integration > Set up Nookal Integration > Remove integration.
Important!
Stopping the integration will not remove any Client data from VALD Hub; it will simply stop sending new data.
