Nookal now integrates with Avaana, Australia’s only dedicated wellbeing marketplace. Once connected, any bookings made by patients through Avaana will automatically appear in your Nookal Diary, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the risk of double bookings or missed appointments.
Before you start...
Ensure that all your Providers have enabled "Calendar Feed" from Setup > Users > Staff.
1. In Nookal, head to the Setup section.
2. Click Integrations under Connections.
3. Enable Avaana from the list of available integrations and click Configure.
4. Click Generate API Key.
5. Copy the API Key and choose which Locations to synchronise. Select any Additional Options such as Clinical Notes, Invoices, Documents and Logos & Staff Photos if required.
6. Toggle the Status to make this Active.
7. Click Save Changes.
8. Log in to Avaana and contact Avaana here to connect Nookal to Avaana via the API key.
