At Nookal, we know how important it is to keep your data safe. The following article outlines how to use our Security Check-up page to ensure your account remains secure.
Important!
Only users with Owner and Manager permissions can access Nookal's Security Check-up page.
1. To get started, click on your name in the top-right of Nookal and then click on Security Check-up.
2. The Red ! icon indicates which areas need your attention.
Read below for details on each of the Security Check-up Areas.
Email Domains
1. Check the number and type of Email Domains being used within your Nookal account.
2. Click on the Plus icon to expand the list of Staff members using each email domain.

Staff Without MFA
1. Review which Staff members are not currently using Multi-Factor Authentication.
2. Click Notify Staff to send them an email with the steps on how to set it up.

Staff Without Email Validation
1. Review which Staff members have not Validated their email address.
2. Remind these Staff to check their emails inboxes for an email from Nookal with the subject line Nookal - Verify Your Email Address.
3. Ask Staff to follow the instructions in the email to Validate their email address.
Hot Tips
Resend the Validation Email via Setup > Users > Staff > Click Staff Name > under the Email section Click Send Again.
Active API Keys
1. Review all Active API keys, including their last time of use.
2. To update their availability click Manage API Keys.

Unused Accounts
1. Review accounts of Staff Members that have not logged into Nookal in the last 30 days or more.
2. Click on the Staff Name to review their Staff page and update their access.
Hot Tips
To remove the Nookal Access of your Staff Members, set Status as Inactive in the Account section of their Staff page and Save Changes.
Security Check-up Complete
If all Security Check-up items are marked with a Green Tick icon this means your security is up-to-date!
