It is now possible to add custom Payment Methods to your Nookal Invoices.
This article explains how to add, rearrange and delete custom Payment Methods. We will also illustrate how custom Payment Methods will appear on your Invoice after they've been added.
Adding Custom Payment Methods
1. Go to Setup.
2. Click on Invoicing under Practice.
3. The Payment Methods tab will be open by default.
4. You will see the list of currently available Payment Methods. Click Create Payment Method.
5. Enter a Label to name the Payment Method.
6. Enter Helper Text to describe the Payment Method.
7. Click the Save icon.
8. The new Payment Method will now appear in the list.
9. It will now be available to select when Invoicing.
Rearranging Payment Methods
It's simple to rearrange the order in which Payment Methods appear on your invoices.
1. Go to Setup.
2. Click on Invoicing under Practice.
3. The Payment Methods tab will be open by default.
4. Click and Drag a Payment Method to its preferred location, and then Drop it there.
5. To Hide Payment Methods behind a drop-down in your Invoices Drag and Drop them underneath the More Payment Methods section.
6. When you are happy with the order of Payment Methods, click the Save icon in the bottom-right corner.
7. Invoices will now show the Payment Methods in your preferred order.
Deleting Custom Payment Methods
If you've made a mistake in setup or simply no longer use a Custom Payment Method, you can delete it.
Important!
Deleting a Custom Payment Method will not remove the Payment Method or associated Payments added under that Method from Historical invoices or reporting.
1. Go to Setup.
2. Click on Invoicing under Practice.
3. The Payment Methods tab will be open by default.
4. Click the Bin icon on the Custom Payment Method you wish to Delete.
