Credits are required to send SMS messages, Medicare and DVA claims and ACC claims through Nookal.
Depending on which Tier your account is subscribed to will determine how much each credit will cost.
Credits can be purchased manually or the automatic refill can be set up when it reaches the limit previously set.
Hot Tips
To avoid running out of Credits and having appointment reminders not sent, it is recommended to set up the Automatic Refill option.
Buying Credits Manually
1. Head to Setup.
2. Click Billing under Account.
3. Click Credits.
4. Click the + button next to Credits.
5. Type in the Amount of Credits to purchase, the total price will be displayed.
6. Select the Payment Method from the Credit Card added in the Subscription page and click Purchase.
The Amount of Credits will be purchased and added to the account, available to be used instantly.
Setting Up Automatic Refill
1. Head to the Billing section via Setup > Account.
2. Click Credits.
3. Click the + button next to Auto Refill.
4. In the pop-up window, toggle the Auto Refill option to Enabled.
5. Set the Automatic Refill Amount of Credits to be purchased and Save.
Once the amount of Credits reach the Alert Level, the Automatic Refill Amount will be purchased so Credits never run out.
Changing the Alert Level
The Alert level is the level at which Automatic Refill is triggered if enabled, or when the alert notification is displayed to notify Credits are running low as a reminder to purchase more to prevent running out.
The Alert Level is set to 0 by default which means a notification will be displayed when there are no more Credits.
1. Head to the Billing section via Setup > Account.
2. Click Credits.
3. Click the + button next to Alert Level.
4. Toggle the Send Alert option to Enable. Set an Alert Level and click Save.
Once the amount of Credits reach the alert level, a notification will be shown at the top of the screen and if Automatic Refill is enabled, the set amount of Credits will be purchased.
Credits Added and Used
The Credits section displays the Credits Balance, and the Estimated number of days before Credits are used according to average daily usage.
At the bottom of the Credits section, the Transaction History table displays the amount of Credits Added and Used for each day.
