Once your practice is ready to start using Nookal, the next step is to subscribe to Nookal to ensure uninterrupted access and prevent any loss of client data after the free trial ends.
Nookal uses a month-by-month subscription model. Your payment will be charged automatically at the end of the 30-day free trial to the card you provided, and future billing will recur on the same day each month.
Hot Tips
Even if the subscription is set up days or weeks before the end of the free trial, the first payment will only be taken at the end of the 30-day free trial period.
Add Payment Details
Before you start...
Payment Details must be enterer prior to selecting a subscription plan.
Nookal only accepts Visa or MasterCard as a payment method.
American Express is not accepted.
1. Go to Setup.
2. Click Billing under Account.
3. Scroll down to Payment Details and add the Card number, CVV (security number on the back of your card) and Expiration Date.
5. Click Add Card.
Selecting a Plan
Before you start...
To calculate how many licenses are needed, count every staff member that has a column in the Diary, regardless if they are full time or part-time. No need to count any support staff (reception, bookkeepers, administration...) as they can all have access free of charge.
1. Click Subscription
2. Select the appropriate tier and click Select.
3. Select the Number of Practitioners.
4. Review the Order Summary, read Terms & Conditions and if happy to proceed tick the checkbox and click Authorize & subscribe and follow remaining prompts.

Selecting Add-Ons
Add-Ons are optional features you can add to your Nookal account at an additional cost.
1. Click Add-ons.
2. If you'd like to enable one, simply toggle it on and it will be added to your monthly invoice.
Adding Account Information
1. Click Account.
2. Add First Name, Last Name, Company, Email and Phone number and click Save.
Important!
The email address will receive monthly receipts of payment and any warnings regarding transaction errors such as an expired card.
In case of changes, updating the email is important to prevent any interruption of service.
Changing the Credit Card
If you need to enter your Payment Details, follow the steps below.
1. Click Account.
2. Scroll down to the Payment Details section and click Edit.
3. Add New Card Details.
4. Click Save.
This new Credit Card will be used for future payments.
Updating your Subscription
Changing plans is just as easy! If additional licenses are required, you can upgrade the plan at any time via Setup > Account > Billing > Subscription.
Important!
If reducing the number of licenses against staff, the plan subscription will not be updated automatically, you need to select the new appropriate plan or contact support@nookal.com if you're unable to downgrade the plan.
