Once Nookal and Physitrack are linked, follow the steps below to create Physitrack exercise program from within Nookal.
Before you start...
Nookal and Physitrack need to be linked to be used together, if not already connected, see Connecting Nookal to Physitrack for assistance with this step.
1. Login to your Nookal account.
2. Head to the appropriate Client's Clinical Notes via the Client's Appointment in the Diary or from the Clients section.
3. Click on Exercises.
4. Click on Open in Physitrack.
Important!
A Client will only be added in Physitrack once Open in Physitrack has been clicked on for this Client. Afterwards, the Client can be search in Physitrack database.
5. You will be redirected to Physitrack where the Client's details will be automatically generated.
Hot Tips
Nookal stores Exercises that were synched from your Physitrack account, after 24/01/2024, as PDF's in Clients > Documents in the Case folder. Previous exercise prescriptions will either link to the Clients most recent exercise prescription or the last saved prescription before 24/01/2024.
Troubleshooting
If clicking "Open in Physitrack" is creating an error, make sure the integration is set properly.
1. Go to Setup > Connections > Integrations > Physitrack (Configure).
2. Make sure the Location is correct, this refers to the Physitrack server matching the country.
3. Click the "eye" icon next to the API Key for whom the integration isn't working.
4. The pop-up will indicate to which email (if any) this API Key is linked.
- The email should match the email the staff is using to log in Nookal and Physitrack.
- If "API key did not match Physitrack records", make sure the API has been added properly to the Physitrack account and to no more than one Physitrack user.
