Generate this report to Compile statistics for Staff performance reviews and assess and compare Provider KPIs and statistics.
Filters and Options

| Providers | Provider to display. |
| Payers | Private, Third Party Payers or all Payers’ data to display. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The table displays each provider in a row along with bookings and financial figures and other statistics.

| Provider | Provider for whose data are displayed. |
| BPC | Booking Per Case - average calculated by total amount of Services divided by total amount of Cases attributed to the services. |
| LTVC | Life-Time Value of Client - calculated by AVV (below) * average number of visit/year * Average years of retention. |
| NCVA | New Client Visit Average - calculated by Total Completed Services divided by the number of New Clients. Indicator of client retention. |
| UCVA | Unique Client Visit Average, calculated by Total Completed Services divided by the number of Clients that Completed Services (Unique Clients). |
| AVV | Average Visit Value - calculated by total amount invoiced (Revenue) divided by the number of visits. |
| TPR | Total Patient Average Revenue - calculated by total amount invoiced divided by the total amount of Client. |
| UR | Utilization Rate - calculated by the occupied time (including Services, Classes, Events and DNA bookings) divided by the total amount of scheduled time in the Diary. |
| $/h | Hourly Rate - calculated by total invoiced amount divided by the total scheduled hours in the Diary. |
