The following FAQ is for the New Online Bookings system. For information on Which Clients Can Book in the Legacy Online Bookings system please click here.
All existing Clients can book online unless they have been disabled from making Online Bookings. As long as they use the same details or an Online Booking Code, the system will recognise them.
Online Booking Code
To speed up the Online Booking process, Clients can use their Online Booking Code. First-time clients will receive their Online Booking Code in their first Booking Confirmation Email.
Hot Tips
If entering an Online Booking Code, the Client must click Apply after entering the code. Clicking the Arrow symbol will reset all of the fields in the form, meaning they will need to be entered again.
It is possible to manually provide the Online Booking Code by finding it in the Client's appointment window
The Online Bookings Code can also be found in the Settings section of the Client Profile.
Disabling Specific Clients
If it is required to prevent specific Clients to book online, untick the Online Booking option in the Settings section of the Client Profile.
New Clients
New Clients can book online by default.
If required, New Clients can be blocked from booking online by selecting Blocked at Registration in the Online Bookings Locations setup.
