It is possible to email multiple Documents from the same Client at once as long as they are already saved in the Documents section.
This means you can send a Letter, image, scanned Documents and more, within the same email by following the steps below.
1. Head to the Documents section of the Client Profile.
2. Select the Documents to email.
3. Click Email in the right-hand side menu.
4. Add the recipient to the email
5. Set the other email options (Reply-To email, Subject, email content).
6. Click Send.
Important!
Letters sent from the Documents section will not display the list of CCed Contacts.
