It’s now possible to restore Archived Notifications in Nookal. If a notification was dismissed by mistake, or you just want to check a notification that was previously dismissed, you can now easily bring it back and review it again, helping ensure nothing important is missed.
Before you start...
Permissions to Edit Archived Notifications and Edit SMS are required. Check that the Permission Group connected to your Staff profile has access to these Permissions via Setup > Users > Permissions.
1. Navigate to Manage.
2. Under Communications click Archived Notifications.
3. From the list find the Archived Notification, using the Search functionality if required.
4. Toggle the Status from Dismissed to Active.
5. The Notification will reappear in your Notifications section for review.
