We've upgraded your Dashboard with a brand new widget-based layout, giving you a more flexible and personalised view of the information that matters most to you. Here's everything you need to know to get started.
Enabling Widgets
When you log in, you'll see a set of widgets displayed based on the Security Group assigned to your Staff Profile. The list cannot be added to, but you can turn the individual Widgets on and off from the list.
1. To turn the widgets on and off from your available list click the Pencil icon.
2. Click the Widgets button.
3. You can then toggle the widgets on or off.
4. Click the Save button to save the changes.
Rearranging and Resizing Widgets
You're in control of how your Dashboard looks.
- To rearrange click and drag the six-dot handle in the top right corner of any widget to move it wherever you'd like.
- To resize — click and drag the left or right edge of a widget panel to make it wider or narrower.
Changing the Time Period
Your Dashboard data can be filtered to any time period you need. Just click the chevron in the date range selector and choose from:
- This week will show the current week period's data.
- This month will show the data for this current calendar month.
- This quarter is based on the three month period that makes up your current financial quarter. If used at the start of the Quarter, this will project forwards, if used at the end of the Quarter it will show the current quarter to date.
- Last week will show the previous week period's data.
- Last month will show the data for the previous calendar month.
- Last quarter is based on the three month period that makes up your previous financial quarter.
- Year to date will show the current calendar year to date.
- Custom range will allow you to select a date range using 2 calendars to select the start and end date.
Weekly Scheduled Emails
Want a regular summary of your Dashboard data delivered straight to your inbox? You can set up automated weekly emails in just a few clicks.
1. Click the Calendar icon on the top-right of the Dashboard.
2. In the window that opens, select your preferred Day and Time.
3. Your scheduled email will appear as a confirmed list item, showing exactly when it'll be sent to your email address.
Hot Tips!
- You can set up multiple weekly emails to yourself at different days and times.
- All scheduling changes take effect immediately - no need to hit Save on the main Dashboard edit button.
- To cancel a scheduled email, just click the trash icon next to it in the list.
