The Cases Report lists the statistics of each Case Title for the Primary Provider.
What can you use this Report for?
Generate this report to analyse the duration and performance of each type of Case, also avoid inefficient and unnecessary bookings.
Filters and Options
| Filters | Description |
| Date | Services scheduled within timeframe. |
| Locations | Location of Service to include in the report. |
| Providers | Provider providing the Service to include in the report. |
What is displayed in the report?
- Case data are displayed in a separate table for each provider.
| Column | Description |
| Case Title | Case title for which appointments were provided. |
| Total Cases | Number of Cases for which appointments were provided. |
| Total Bookings | Number of Services provided for all Cases. |
| Bookings per Case | Average number of Services provided per Case calculated by Total Bookings divided by Total Bookings. |
| Discharges | Number of Case discharged. |
