The Clinical Notes Report identifies Bookings without any finalised Clinical Notes connected.
What can you use this Report for?
Generate this to confirm all necessary Clinical Notes have been completed and identify outstanding draft Clinical Notes to be finalised.
Filters and Options
Filters | Description |
Date | Date of the booking. |
Locations | Location of the booking. |
Providers | Provider attributed to the booking. |
Show Clinical Notes Draft | If ticked, appointments with a Draft will be displayed with a link to open the draft. If not ticked, appointments with a Draft will not be displayed in the report. |
Show Adhoc Notes | If ticked, Adhoc Notes written in the report's date-range will be displayed. |
Services | Select All or specific Services to include in the report. |
Classes | Select All or specific Classes to include in the report. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The table displays each booking in a row with relevant details.
Column | Description |
Date | Booking Date and Time. |
Location | Booking Location. |
Client | Client Name the booking was for. |
Provider | Provider assigned to the booking. |
Type | Service or Class Name booked in the Diary. |
Status | Status of the Clinical Note (e.g. Pending or Draft). |
Tips and Tricks
Drafts written by other staff members might not be visible in this report.
This report does not include DNA and Cancelled appointments.
