The Booking Statistics Report compiles analytical statistics for Services and Classes booked in the Diary.
What can you use this Report for?
Generate this report to assess and compare Services, Classes and optionally regroup them by Categories or Providers, show financial data and completed bookings only.
Filters and Options
| Filters | Description |
| Date | Date of the booking. |
| Locations | Location of the booking. |
| Providers | Provider attributed to the booking. |
| Group by Provider | If ticked, each booking type will be displayed in a different row for each Provider. |
| Group by Category | If ticked, bookings will be grouped by Categories. |
| Show Estimated Financials | If ticked, the sales figures columns are added to the report. |
| Completed Only | If ticked, only bookings that are Completed (invoiced, redeemed, etc) will be counted. |
| Include DNA | If ticked, bookings with a status of DNA will be counted. |
| Include Cancelled | If ticked, bookings with a status of Cancelled will be counted. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The table displays each booking type with the number of bookings unless other options are selected which means they will be grouped differently.
| Column | Description |
| Provider | Provider the booking is made with (displayed when “Group by Provider” is ticked.) |
| Name | Name of the Service or Class booked (not displayed when “Group by Category” is ticked.) |
| Category | Category of the Service or Class booked. |
| Appointments | Number of bookings. |
| Estimated Sales | Total amount to be invoiced once all the bookings are completed (or invoiced amount if “Completed Only” is ticked) excluding GST. |
| Estimated GST | Total amount of GST once all bookings are completed (or invoiced amount if “Completed Only” is ticked). |
| Estimated Total Sales | Total amount to be invoiced once all the bookings are completed (or invoiced amount if “Completed Only” is ticked) including GST. |
Tips and Tricks
If “Completed Only” is not ticked, all Pending bookings will be counted and the price set for the Service or Class will be counted for the Estimates Sales Total.
