The Class Statistics Report compiles analytical statistics for Classes and their Participants.
What can you use this Report for?
Generate this report to Assess and compare Class attendance and statistics.
Filters and Options
| Filters | Description |
| Date | Classes scheduled within timeframe. |
| Locations | Location of Classes to include in the report. |
| Staff | Staff member providing the Classes to include in the report. |
| Classes | Select All or only Specific Classes to include in the report. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The report lists all schedules Classes in the Diary per Provider with the number of participants.
| Column | Description |
| Class | Class Name |
| Date | Date and Time the Class is scheduled |
| Participants | Total number of participants (Does not include DNA and Cancellations) |
| Private | Total number of participants paying privately for the Class |
| Third Party | Total number of participants for which a third-party payers pays for the Class |
| Free/Trials | Total number of participants having a free session or a trial. |

Click on the Class to view a list of all Participants with their Case and Payer details.
