In this article we'll cover how to unlink bookings from the Third Party Payer Session Counter, and how to Delete a Payer from a client's Case.
Unlinking Sessions
1. Head into Clients
2. Enter client information in the appropriate text box. See Finding a Client’s Profile for more details.
3. Click on the Client’s Name.
4. Then click Cases from the Left Menu
5. Now Select the relevant Case from the list.
6. You'll see the Client's Case with the Third Party Payer open on the right hand side. Open the list of linked sessions by clicking on the Chain Link Icon to the right of the Sessions Counter
7. A window will appear that displays the Client's Bookings. Any linked Bookings will be ticked and highlighted blue.
To Unlink a Booking from the Third Party Payer, Untick the Booking/s and select Save Changes.
The Booking/s will no longer be connected to the Third Party Payer in the Diary, and won't be counted in the Sessions Counter.
Deleting Payers
Before you start...
You can only delete a Payer from a Case when there are no bookings linked to that Payer. If there are any bookings connected to the Payer follow the steps above to Unlink them first.
1. Navigate to the Client's Case - Steps 1 to 4 in the Unlinking Sessions section of this article.
2. At the bottom of the Payer's details there is a Trash Can Icon select this to Delete the Third Party Payer from the Case.
