Every 6 months, the PRODA Device connected to your Medicare Integration will need to be extended or it will expire.
If the PRODA Device expiry is not extended in time, it is quick and easy to fix by following the below steps.
Setting up your PRODA B2B Device in PRODA
First, you'll need to set up a brand new B2B Device in PRODA.
1. Go to the Organisations section in your PRODA Account.
2. Go to the B2B Devices section, and Click on Register New B2B Device.
3. Enter a Device Name. For ease of use, we recommend adding a device name containing the word ‘Nookal’. You can also add a Description, this is Optional and only for internal use.
Then Select Register Device.
4. Once you have registered your device, you will receive your Device Activation Code.
Don’t lose this! You will need to use this to connect Nookal to your PRODA account.
