Purchasing a Pass allows Clients to pay in bulk for Services or Classes.
This article explains how to Edit existing Passes within the Client's Passes section.
Options for editing a pass include changing the nominal value, updating the expiration date, cancelling redemptions, marking the pass inactive, and more.

1. Head to the Clients section.
2. Enter client information in the appropriate text box. See Finding a Client’s Profile for more details.
3. Click on the Client’s Name.
4. Click Passes from the Left Menu.
5. A list of the Client’s Passes will be shown. Select the Pass you wish to Edit.
6. From the right menu, click Edit Pass.
7. From here, you can update any of the pass Properties - Expiry, Total Sessions, Nominal Value, Status and Notes.
8. If a Pass Redemption needs to be cancelled, you can update this by navigating to the Redemptions section, and clicking the Cancel checkbox next to the Redeemed session.
9. When all required changes have been made, click Save Changes.
10. All updates to the Pass are logged in the History section.
