Pass Redemptions Lists display the list of a Patient's Pass Redemptions for Classes or Appointments. You can also choose to optionally display the Pass Description, Nominal Values and any Cancellations on the Pass Redemption List.

Providing a Pass Redemption List and a copy of the original Invoice for the Pass purchase allows the Patient to claim with their Private Health fund.
Printing a Pass Redemption List
1. Head to the Patients section.
2. Enter Patient information in the appropriate text box.
3. Click on the Patient's Name.
4. Click Passes from the Left Menu.
5. A list of the Patient's Passes will be shown. Select the Pass you wish to Print the Redemption List for.
6. From the right menu, click Print Attendance under Redemptions.
7. Select whether to include Descriptions, Nominal Values and Cancellations.
8. Click Print.
9. A preview of the Pass Redemption List will appear in your Print Settings window. Select the correct Print Destination and any other required options, and Print.
Emailing a Pass Redemption List
1. Head to the Patients section.
2. Enter Patient information in the appropriate text box.
3. Click on the Patient's Name.
4. Click Passes from the Left Menu.
5. A list of the Patient's Passes will be shown. Select the Pass you wish to Email the Redemption List for.
6. From the right menu, click Email Attendance under Redemptions.
7. Select whether to include Descriptions, Nominal Values and Cancellations and Select the Recipient to email the Redemption List to.
8. Click Send.
9. The Pass Redemption List will be emailed to the Recipient, and a copy of the email can be viewed in the Patients > Messages section.
Removing Notes from Pass Redemption Lists
Class Notes will be visible on Pass Redemption Lists.
The following steps explain how to Remove a Class Note prior to Emailing or Printing the Redemption List.
1. From the Calendar, open the Class that is linked to that Pass Redemption and Select the Patient.
2. Click Edit Notes from the menu on the right.
3. Delete the text in the Class Notes field.
4. Click the green Tick, to Save Notes.
