You can now view an ACC History Page for your ACC Clients. Easily check claim submissions, diagnosis changes and more for each of the Client's Claims.
How to Access the ACC History Page
Before you start...
In order for the ACC Button to appear on the Client's Profile you need to have Setup the ACC Integration.
The Client will also need either a New ACC Claim or a Pre-Submitted Claim on their Case.
1. Head into the Clients Profile, by Searching for the Client and clicking on their Name.
2. Select the ACC option from the left hand menu.
You'll be taken into the ACC History Page for this Client.
Navigating the ACC History Page
When you enter the ACC History Page the Cases will be closed, you can open the Case by Clicking on it.
This will show a List of the Claims made for this Case, and the Claim Status. To view further historic actions Click on the Claim.
The table shown will include the Date and Time the action was made, what was Submitted/Changed, and the Status. You can view Claim Submissions, Diagnoses Changes, Documents Uploaded, and Medical Certificate Submissions.
