You can now send Documents through to ACC directly from the Client's Claim in Nookal, we'll explain how in this help guide.
Uploading Documents to the Client's Claim
1. Head into the Clients Profile, by Searching for the Client and clicking on their Name.
2. Click on Cases from the left hand menu, and select the relevant Case.
3. Under the ACC Payer Select the Claim the document relates to.
4. Select the + button next to Files:
5. Type in the Name of the Provider uploading the Document. Then select Continue.
6. Select the Type of Document from the dropdown menu. Then click Continue.
If the Document Type is either Ultrasound or Xray you will then be prompted to describe the area on the body in the scan. Enter this and then Continue.
7. Select the file you want to upload, then select Open.
8. The Document will appear under the Uploads section. Now select Save to Submit the File.
Good to Know!
If you selected the wrong file you can click the X next to the File Name to remove the document.
9. Upon Saving you will be redirected back to the Client's Case. Within the Claim the File will no longer have X to cancel, and a record of the Upload will be kept in the Client's ACC Log.
Hot Tip!
The uploaded documents will also be saved into the Client's Documents Section and can be accessed from there.
