Export a list of Client Information for Printing, Mail merges, Newsletters and other uses by following the steps below:
1. Go to Manage.
2. Click Export under Data.
3. Select Clients from which Locations will be exported.
Important!
The export Location filter is useful if Clients are enabled for a specific location only. It doesn't filter where clients attended consultations or classes.
4. Select Client Data as the Type.
Hot Tips
It is possible to export a list of Clients seen by a specific Provider by selecting the Provider under Provider's Patients Export instead of selecting Client Data.
5. Click Enqueue Data.
The file will be displayed in the Exported data table with the status Queued until ready to be downloaded.
6. Click Download once the CSV file export is completed.
The CSV file can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, Google Sheets, etc.
