The Uninvoiced Bookings Report presents a list of Bookings where no Invoice has been raised or Passes redeemed.
What can you use this Report for?
Generate this report to avoid loss of revenue by missing invoices or reconcile all bookings for the end-of-day billing.
Filters and Options
| Filters | Description |
| Date | Date of the Bookings. |
| Locations | Location of Bookings. |
| Include DNA | If ticked, bookings set as DNA that are not invoiced will be displayed. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The table displays a list of all Pending bookings (and DNA if ticked) matching the date and location filters along with price of uninvoiced bookings and the total.

| Date | Date of the booking in the Calendar. |
| Time | Time of the booking in the Calendar. |
| Location | Location of the booking. |
| Patient | Patient that has a booking. |
| Provider | Provider for the booking. |
| Type | Item name and type of item of the booking. |
| Status | Booking’s status (Pending or DNA) |
| Price | Price of the item booked. |
