The Cancellations Report lists any Bookings where the Client did not attend or has cancelled.
What can you use this Report for?
Generate this to follow up on Clients that have cancelled and to identify repeated DNA for notification or correction.
Filters and Options
| Filters | Description |
| Date | Date of the booking. |
| Locations | Location of the booking. |
| Providers | Provider attributed to the booking. |
| Include Services | If ticked, Services cancelled or DNA will be displayed. |
| Include Classes | If ticked, Classes cancelled or DNA will be displayed. |
| Cancellations | If ticked, Cancelled bookings will be displayed. |
| Did Not Arrive | If ticked, DNA bookings will be displayed. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The Summary table displays the total amount of Cancellations and DNA per type of booking.
- The Provider Summary table displays Cancellation and DNA statistics per provider.
- The Detail table displays details of each Cancelled or DNA booking with Clients and booking details.
Provider Summary

| Cancellations | Number of Cancellations. |
| DNAs | Number of DNAs. |
| Seen | Number of Completed bookings. |
| % Cancellation | % of cancelled bookings (Cancellations divided by Total bookings). |
| % DNA | % of DNA bookings (DNAs divided by Total bookings). |
| Total % | % of non attendance (Cancellations + DNAs divided by Total bookings). |
