The Payers Report identifies all active third party bookings with the number of sessions attended and remaining along with useful information such as the Referrer, expiry date, claim reference number, etc.
What can you use this Report for?
This report is used to get a global overview of active Third Party Cases to track the number of sessions remaining and expiry dates approaching.
Use it to:
- Prevent unpaid sessions by exceeding the approved amount.
- Remind Providers or Clients to file a new claim or request more sessions if required.
- Find cases or claims information.
Filters and Options
Below are the different filters and how they affect the report so you can generate a report with the right Data.
Filters | Description |
Date range | Cases that have been modified within the timeframe. |
Location | Location of the Client. Note: When selecting specific Locations, Clients available in 'All Locations' will be filtered out of the search results. |
Statuses | Status of the Case: Active or No Session remaining |
Payer | Select a specific payer to generate a list of all cases for this payer only |
What is displayed in the report?
Column | Description |
Last Modified | Date the Case has been modified for the last time. |
Payer | Payer attributed to the Case. |
Referrer | Referrer added in the Payer’s section (Not the referrer for Marketing purposes). |
Case Manager | Contact that has been added as the Case Manager in the Payer’s section of the Case (if applicable). |
Client | Client Name. |
Case | Case Title. |
Referral Date | Date of the referral added with the Referrer in the Payer’s section of the Case. |
Date of Injury | Date added in the Payer’s section of the Case (if applicable). |
Expiry Date | Date added in the Payer’s section of the Case (if applicable). |
Reference | Reference number added to the Payer’s section in the Case (if applicable). |
Completed | Bookings attributed to this Case and Payer, completed Services or Classes booked. |
Approved | Number of sessions approved that has been added in the Payer’s section of the Case (if applicable). |
