The Passes Report displays the current status of Passes purchased and redeemed by Clients.
What can you use this Report for?
To track redemptions and the number of sessions remaining.
Filters and Options
Filter | Description |
Date | Date range of Passes purchased and redeemed. |
Locations | Location in which the Pass has been redeemed. |
Passes | Passes to include in the report from the list of Passes created in the account. |
Group Per Provider | If ticked, will regroup redemption per provider in the table. |
Pass Statuses | Select to report on Active, Used or Expired Passes. |
Redemption Types | Select which type (Classes or Services) will be included in the report. |
Passes | Filter more specific Passes status such as 1 session remaining, expiring soon, used recently. |
What is displayed in the report?
The report displays a list of purchased and redeemed passes within a date range with the current Pass status.
Column | Description |
Client | Client who purchased the Pass. |
Pass | Pass Name. |
Type | Type of Booking it was used for. |
Service/Class | Booking Name and Date. |
Provide by | Provider in charge of the Booking. |
Location | Location of the Booking. |
Pass Status | Number of sessions completed on total approved. |
Expiry | Expiry Date if there is one set for the Pass. |
Remaining | Number of Sessions remaining. |
