The Inventory Report shows the quantity of stock items sold and the amount of revenue each has generated along with quantity remaining.

Generate this report to determine profit on Inventory sales, analyse best-selling items and assess restocking needs.
Filters and Options
Filters | Description |
Date | Inventory item invoiced within the timeframe. |
Locations | Invoice Location (where the item was sold). |
Categories | Select All or Specific Inventory item categories to include in the report. |
What is displayed in the report?
- The Summary table displays all Categories that have generated Revenue with Total Sales amount and Profit.
- The detailed table below lists all Inventory items sold with the quantity, price, current stock quantity, etc.
Column | Description |
Item Code | SKU Code of the Inventory item. |
Item Name | Name of the inventory item sold. |
Category | Category attributed to the Inventory item. |
Location | Displays the Location the item is available in. If the item is shared across multiple locations, this column will display 'Multiple Locations'. |
Cost Price | Cost Price set for the Inventory item. |
Sale Price | Sales price set for the Inventory item (price on the invoice). |
Stock Qty | Current stock quantity for the item. |
Minimum Qty | Minimum quantity set for the Inventory item (need to restock when reached). |
Qty Sold | Quantity of the Inventory item sold. |
Total Cost | Cost price x Qty Sold. |
Total Sales | Sales price (including GST if applicable) x Qty Sold. |
Total GST | Total GST invoiced for the Inventory item. |
Net Sales | Total Sales - Total GST. |
Profit | Net Sales - Total Cost. |
